Who We Are
Established in 2019, The World Old Students Association of Mallikaithivu Maha Vidiyalayam (WOSAM) is a global community of alumni united by a shared commitment to giving back to our former school and neighbouring schools. Our members span multiple countries and generations, but we are connected by a common goal: supporting the academic growth, development, and well-being of current and future students in the area.
WOSAM is a platform for alumni to collaborate, contribute, and make a lasting impact on the school that helped shape our lives.
Our Mission
Our mission is to mobilize alumni worldwide to support educational development, improve school infrastructure, and create meaningful opportunities for students.
What We Do
WOSAM plans and funds projects that address key needs at the school, including:
- Academic and learning resources
- Science, technology, and innovation initiatives
- Building and facility improvements
- Student support and enrichment programs
Each project is carefully selected to ensure long-term value and impact.
Our Approach
We believe in collaboration at all stages of project development. All projects are done in partnership with school principals and funded solely through alumni contributions.
We are committed to transparency and accountability. Detailed reports, including funds collected, expenditures, and assets purchased, is available to our members and donors.
